Shipping to the contiguous United States is FREE for all items $50.00 or more purchased from is not responsible for shipping costs for return or exchange items, that is consumers expense.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside of the United States. Additionally, we do not ship to APO or PO boxes.

Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Once the item has shipped it may take UPS 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for more accurate delivery times. Please be advised that braided and custom-made products may take 2 to 3 weeks or longer if necessary for delivery. We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or call prior to item delivery. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the shipping courier may leave the package at the residence or leave a note.It is not fault or responsibility to notify package carrier of any changes in shipping, it is the CONSUMERS responsibility to notify freight carrier of changes in delivery time/date, and/or shipping instructions, and/or shipping cancellations.

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of delivery date and we will exchange it with a product of equal value or refund the amount back your account.

The process is easy, just give our experienced customer service staff a quick call to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and they will guide you through our easy return process. After 7 days, the Return Authorization will expire and no exchanges or refunds will be permitted.

For all returns and exchanges, a return authorization number given to you by one of our staff is required to receive a full refund or exchange.

Please have your order number ready and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (that needs to be written on the outside packaging of your item) and an address where to ship your item.

Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased or via check from Refunds via check are typically issued within 7-10 business days of final approval.

Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to complete. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process with your credit card company has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.

Damaged & Defective Goods

At, we understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. Rest assured, we will stand by your consumers during this process and make sure we do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timely conclusion. For us to offer this level of service, however, we will need assistance from the customer in the form of a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. This will make things much easier if you decide to return the item.

If damages are reported within 2 days of arrival for UPS or Fed-Ex deliveries, we can file a claim on behalf of the customer and work to quickly resolve it.

Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may decline delivery. Please notify of refusal so we can anticipate the return and send out a new item. All items must be received in new condition. If the item is damaged or soiled, it will be refused.

Damaged goods (goods that were not damaged in the shipping process) will not be refunded or exchanged. If damaged goods are received, without or without a return authorization number, will notify consumer of the damage product and its arrival to our warehouse and will not refund or exchange the order. Customer will be held responsible for shipping expenses.

Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse. Any returns received without an authorization number will not be refunded or exchanged, they will be held for 30 days.

It will be consumer's responsibility for shipping charges to ship product back to them.If has not received notification or response from the customer within 30 days, the item will be donated or destroyed.

Items not eligible for returns

- Custom orders (i.e. products that are built-to-order or any item labeled non-returnable on the product page of the website).- Special purchases, including: clearance items, inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.

- Any item that is damaged and/or not in resalable condition.

- Any item not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by

Cancellation Requests

If you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet from the manufacturer, simply contact one of our customer service representatives at (866) 445-6448. We will then immediately submit a request to the manufacturer for cancellation. Then you will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request followed by another email either confirming the cancellation or stating that we were unable to cancel. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of cancellation.

Please be aware that some items may have already shipped from a manufacturer and be in route to the distributor for final shipment to you. In such a case, cancellation fees apply.

Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Return Policy"

Items on backorder

On rare occasions, some items might be on backorder and not available till a specific date, depending on the market demand for that specific product or line.If you have placed an order and received an email notification or phone notification from one of our staff informing you of the backorder, you will have an option of continuing with your order or canceling your order for a full refund. Depending on the manufacture, some backorders can take up to 3-5 weeks. We do not want our consumers to get discouraged by backorder items, that just show how popular the item/product line is, and that the manufacturers' quality is excellent and well liked.
